Pragmatic by necessity: delivers production-ready systems without enterprise bloat. Minimalist by design; values simplicity, lean architectures, and efficiency. PhD in Physics from CERN, focused on particle detector systems and high-energy data analysis.

Seven years leading operations and delivery across global organisations, supporting executive leadership and driving cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Combines project management rigour with operational insight, bringing structure and clarity to complex, multi-team environments. PRINCE2-certified with experience coordinating initiatives across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Marketing functions. Known for enabling teams to execute effectively: managing dependencies, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining momentum in fast-paced settings. Organised by nature, pragmatic in approach.
