Our Purpose
& The Journey

Nature Inspired Technology for a Smarter Planet

Theodotos Ltd is an independent UK-based data and AI company building practical analytical systems for research teams, growing businesses, and mission-driven organisations. We turn existing data into actionable decisions without unnecessary complexity or enterprise-scale overhead.

01
Expertise
We take on the data problems your team doesn't have time for, and deliver results that don't require a specialist to interpret. Decades of cross-domain experience across research, industry, and financial services, applied directly to your problem, without intermediaries.
From ad-hoc analysis to longer engagements, using industry-standard and open-source tooling tailored to your needs.
02
Built In-House
We are building DataHive, our in-house platform. Graphical by design, Python under the hood: a modular data pipeline environment with strong data governance at its core: ETL, ML, visualisation, and exploratory analysis, all in one environment.
Suitable for both business intelligence and academic or research workflows; tactical enough for a one-off, structured enough to build on.
03
Next
DataHive is the foundation. Once the data fundamentals are in place, the next step is agentic: systems that don't just process data but reason over it. From there, foundational research that doesn't begin and end with large language models: supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and the intersections between them. All of it built on the same core principles: data sovereignty, transparency, and reproducibility.
